Research Process: Title Development

Make it interesting...

If you have freedom to choose your project title you should be interested and care about the topic or issue.

Make your title a Research Question...

It is much easier to write a research paper when the title is phrased as a RESEARCH QUESTION as this focuses you towards a clear conclusion at the end of the process.

Make it a well defined research question...

Choose a question that is neither too broad or too narrow.

It often helps as you analyse possible research questions if you start to list the obvious sub-headings that follow from your research question as this often points towards the best research question.
